Management - A new skill I loved

Management - A new skill I loved

starting a life, I dreamt about.

Stepping into a brand-new stride,

From home’s embrace to the hostel side.

Balance sheets and market trends,

Strategies that twist and bend.

Case studies we had to solve,

our minds were put to test, and time dissolve.

Professors push, mentors guide,

Through every subject, we must stride.

Risk and logic, side by side,

Numbers dance, and decisions glide.

Deadlines chase, pressure is tight,

but every work had a unique solution right.

Leadership, teamwork, lessons grand,

A future shaped by mind and hand.

A journey tough, yet full of grace,

A stepping stone to find my place.

Management taught more than trade—

It built my skills, and a new Me was made.

Delhi University - A big jump to my personality

Delhi University - A big jump to my personality

Into a world so bold and bright.

No more uniforms, no rigid bells,

A brand-new story, time now tells.

Delhi city vast, a sky so wide,

New stride, exciting Delhi Metro ride.

New professors, lessons deep,

Dreams to chase, and nights with less sleep.

Morning sun on buildings new,

Friends who share this fresh world view,

Learning things I never knew,

Finding out what’s really true.

City streets become my guide,

As wisdom opens doors so wide,

With every step I take with pride,

Discovering who I am inside.

In this place of growth and change,

Where everything feels new and strange,

My world has grown beyond its range,

And piece by piece, I rearrange.

Into a Big City - A New Me

Into a Big City - A New Me

From familiar lanes to city roads,

from familiar faces to strange abode.

A world so fast, so bold, so wide,

No childhood park, no friends by my side.

New school halls, new rules to learn,

A stranger’s face at every turn.

But I found new pals, whom I could call friends,

I was confident, I observed the trends.

I learned to stand, to find my way,

To speak my truth, to seize the day.

The small-town child, still in my heart,

But now, I played a bigger part.

Took me a year, to make my mark,

I wasn't afraid, I was no more in the dark.

I graduated from school with a great score,

and now I was ready for my college roar!

Friends move away; but Friendship stay

I grew up in a small town in far ends,

spent the best days with old friends,

As I grew older, my best friends came along,

but parting from everyone always hit me like Arijit's breakup songs

My closest friends are just like family,

and I really want to see them daily!

But we eventually realise, this is what life show,

people come, and people go

A joke, a song, a midnight call,

Thanks to social media—we can live them all.

For friendship isn’t space or place,

It’s love that time and distance cannot erase.

No miles can steal the memories made,

No time can let their colors fade.

Though hands may part, and path bends,

The soul remembers, my dearest friends

Friends may wander, far and wide,

Like waves retreating with the tide.

Yes, friends surely move away,

but their friendship will forever stay.

Ragaas - My Newfound Forever Love

As a child, I heard melodies so sweet,

In every radio hindi song, my heart found its beat.

Rhythm would dance in my head, gentle yet free,

Whispering secrets only I could see.

My parents watched, their eyes aglow,

A spark in me they seemed to know.

With love and pride, they took my hand,

To my school music teacher, who would proudly stand.

After school, where others would run,

I’d prepare for my home class—my joy, my sun.

Sa, Re, Ga, Ma, Pa, each note was mine,

Every alap, every taan, felt so new and divine.

Hours dissolved in swaras so bright,

Each exam, a step towards the light.

Not just lessons, but life in disguise,

Suddenly my new dreams were on the rise.

Through every taal, my soul took a flight,

A journey of love, a path so bright.

For in music’s arms, I always knew,

I was alive, I was true. 🎵❤️

So here I sing, with love so deep,

A bond I'll cherish, a vow I'll keep.

For in your harkat-murki, I found my way,

And my classical riyaaz will never go away.

Exam Day Saga - Most dreaded time with a tiny ray of sunshine

Exam Day Saga - Most dreaded time with a tiny ray of sunshine

Books piled high, nights stretched long,

Pages whispered maths formulas, historical dates, and latest Bollywood songs.

Colorful pens designed my study Timetable

stuck on the bedroom wall so my focus was stable

Eyes drooped, but my milk stood tall,

My parents too sat with me, I clearly recall.

One more chapter, one last sum,

Brain cells begged, “Enough! We’re numb!”

Teachers walked in, stern and tight,

Their gazes were sharp, their grip on sight.

Answer sheets distributed, silence grew,

Every cough felt like a clue.

Minutes raced, our speed rose,

Hearts pounded—“Please teacher, 1 minute more"

Pens dropped, sighs let free,

Survived the storm—just barely!

Then came a burst of sunshine, a plan alongside,

friends said, “After exams, let’s play outside!”

New release songs, good food and endless fun,

Evening talks and watching the setting sun.
